Cooking Classes @ Visions Restaurant  2010 Schedule

Continuing our tradition of intimate cooking lessons with Chef Tony, we’re happy to announce our 2010 schedule of events.

Our format is simple…

·     Groups of no more than 20 individuals total, our groups are couples, singles, all ages and experience levels

·     Plan on 1-3 Interactive Demonstrations / Demos focused on building your awareness of your products and cooking methods

·     Participation in our actual kitchen is limited due to space restrictions, but private lessons and special arrangements can be made.

·     Private access to a Chefs Discussion for as long as you need with Chef Tony, a 23 year veteran restauranteur and Chef.  Ask ANYTHING you need to know to make your home kitchen experience better!

·     Price includes the class, a 3-5 course Tasting Menu (usually classes are 2-4 pm on Saturdays), and we make available very reasonably priced wines and cocktails…a wonderful get away to start your weekend right!

·     Tip and Tax is additional to your price per person, paid at the end of the class

Another exciting announcement is the addition of Emily “The Truffle Lady”!  We have been carrying her Hand Made Truffles now for a couple months, we have decided to parter further and offer a once a month truffle class as part of our class schedule.  Her classes are a little different…

·     60-90 minutes

·     Go home with a box of 6 Hand Made Truffles that YOU made

·     Work hand in hand with Emily to learn her special techniques to make truffles easily at home

·     Only top quality ingredients used

·     Special offers on Wine, Cocktails and Appetizers

·     Depending on the month, we may or may not package the class with an included appetizer and glass of wine
