Ok, so the cardiologist may not like them..but they have kept us alive over the last 3 months. Faruk and Francis are great restauranteurs and also own 5 other restaurants.

We saw very early that Melissa (Chef Owner) was the kind of Chef/
Restauranteur we like...nothing but friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We have now become fans (as most of Bethesda is) of her restaurant and
fun menu. We knew as soon as we saw Deviled Eggs on the menu that
we were in for a treat! She is a true Restaurant Soul...thanks for eveything
and most importantly your camaraderie!

 They may not like it, but we have met very few people to
compare to the Rabanales who are our landlords. We just
wish to say "THANKS!" to both Allan and his son, Carlos...
who are not only people we are in business with but now close friends as well... Landlords can make or break you
sometimes..we're happy with these guys!

What can we say about Lindsay Cohen, other than that she is probably one of the best sales people have ever dealt with.
There is never even a twinge of hesitation when we call her
for special orders or "will calls"... I can only say that anyone
considering using Sysco in Bethesda will get 100% service
from Lindsay. Congratulations as well on her recent engagement!
